are Indian Men too quick in Bed?

Indian men's attitude towards sex can be paraphrased in to "WHAM BAM -"from the original Wham bam thank you maam.The attitude is myself and me. Is it because of the long umbilical cords Indian men flaunt?
It never seems to get cut in Indian men.
