lpg exercise meaningless & wasteful

In view of the report "
Nilekani panel wants cap on subsidized LPG for households
TNN | Jul 6, 2011, 02.29AM IST"

the whole fcs exercise becomes meaningless, infructious, colossal waste of public money and a totally avoidable citizen harassment.
I should be discontinued immediately.
