reverse onus of proof from prosecution to accused of corruption
If income tax, house tax, pollution control violations can reverse the onus of proof from prosecution to guilty,
why cannot the same rule be applied to corruption and graft?
Just change the concept presumed innocent until proven guilty which is grossly being misused by all those in power to hang on to it to
presumed guilty until proves himself innocent.
One simple (legal eagles have to tell us that) step will change the face of corruption it looks like.
