charismaless congress groping for governance

Dame Indira (India) Gandhi lives on. People of India are tired of this Congress Anthem. Foreign hand. She always used to sing this tune every time her hold on the country or the party wavered.
Now Congress is staring at Gandhi vaccuum at the top-
Sonia Sick and Rahul not ready.
So out comes the foreign hand.
Though Madam Gandhi intended that it points west ward to US OF A most were sure that it was more northwards to USSR. Stop singing anthems and start real governance. But without absolute power how is the question for charismaless congress.
