Death penalty necessary in today's fearlessly shamelessly corrupt India

While I am no fan or follower of Baba Ramdev, I have to support his demand of death penalty for the corrupt.
It might be a barbaric punishment, but nothing else will deter the corrupt who have become rampant today.
