Landmark judgements come in small print, not banner headlines

Landmark judgements contrary to popular belief come in small print, not banner headlines.
Anna ripple effect seems to have reached all shores. The words of Honorable Justices N kumar and Arvind kumar
"wrong signals .....that courts are protecting the corrupt. ..... it is this institution ....the last hope for the common man ....shouting from the rooftop against corruption"
is truly music to the suffering citizens ears.
The same logic should be extended to the stay in HDK case also to prove transparency.
India will truly have reached global standards of justice and accountability if the responsibility for orders in obvious violations
existing laws is squarely placed on the judge's shoulders.
