Has Judge Kode been fair on Sanjay Dutt-IBN 31 July 2007

Satyam eva Jayate, was proved today by Judge Kode.Both Judge Kode and Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam have to be commended for the eminently impartial and mammoth trial and judgement.This kind of prosecution and judgement restores faith in a judicial system that is rapidly losing its credibility by the biased judgements seen lately.
