I asked you a question almost a week ago, how do I close this account, because you have violated my privacy by opening "deals" folder in my email, without my permission. what is worse is i cannot delete or trash the mails in it. This amounts to spamming. The option to close my account should be as easily available as the option to open it. and you should respond quickly to our queries. Otherwise you are damaging your customer perception, image and reputation for ever.

Sir,You have not addressed the primary issue of what right do you have to create undeletable folders in my email account?and put in undeletable mails.You presume that these undeletable mails make our experience of reading our mails "pleasant".By any internet standards this violates the spam and privacy policies.You are in violation of the country's and world cyber laws.I have very very serious concerns about your ability to respect individual privacy.There are many other email services which do not invade user privacy in this fashion.
However I reserve my right to complain to any authority I choose on this issue.Therefore I may choose to close my accounts on this issue without any further reference to you.Sincerely yours,

Indiatimes mail 'deals' folder violates internet privacy,spam laws-17Oct2008

The deals folder created by you without my permission in my email, does not permit me to spam it,or delete the mails in it , or delete the folder.I think it is a gross violation of my privacy for you to create such a folder in my in box without my permission and spam it. I have other issues with your email service for example I cannot move the mail I am reading into the folder of my choice, I have to go back to the inbox etc.This deals business smacks of internet violation of privacy and official spamming. Kindly discontinue this with immediate effect or customers will be forced to either close the service or take appropriate action to protect their privacy.
